Agree in most instances however there is more of this shit going on in the work place than one might suspect. Overall, yes, not much but it is increasing. Still, a small percentage in the big picture. Regardless, these people are bat shit crazy.

I'm one of those people that was wearing a mask in their car when COVID first started. The ones that conservatives love to make fun of with memes like "Hur Dur do you wear your seatbelt outside of the car too?" etc. We had no idea what the contagion was capable of, and since I was constantly touching things (schools, supermarket, etc.) I didn't want to keep touching the mask on my face. It was easier just to leave it on - I even wore it mountain biking in the woods so I wouldn't have to touch it if I went by people hiking or something like that.

Kids are tougher than we give them credit for, I find that the large number of mask complainers are adults. My oldest son (4) has never once had a problem with it, and I have a bunch of teenage nieces who are totally fine with it too.

On a Mediterranean cruise a few years back, an eastern European man who worked as a steward on the cruise ship started up with my wife about electric cars and whatnot.. Gotta preface this by saying that Europeans, by-and-large hate Americans, and take every opportunity to approach you completely unsolicited and say some snarky, condescending shit to you about America.

She asked him, "Where does the electricity come from to charge the electric cars ?"
