Damn...after seeing gang-speak in the comments on the livestream I figured the family were gang-related and it was an adult's weapon...sadly that doesn't surprise me but damn...And the lefties would have law-abiding citizens without firearms to protect themselves while 14 year olds are running around strapped like this.
