It probably is - if it was ten years ago I'd say it was what they used to call a "soma coma" here - back when the pill mills were in full swing the idiots were taking a cocktail of a handful of soma (seriously, they'd take 5-10 at one time) with 2-3 Lorcet or Lortab or Norco for the opiate and then look JUST like that. The soma would lock them up in some instances and they'd look like they were beginning to have a seizure and this was enjoyable to them...now it's all fentanyl. I've got a family member who gets this shit from the cartel by the bagful if he wants and it is insanely cheap - they're pressed to look like actual pharmaceutical Roxicodone but in reality they're just fentanyl pressed by these fuckers with who knows what and how much in them.
