Re: Importance of Good Clean Water
I've yet to watch this, but wanted to point out that Jon Levi spoke highly of electrified water. Some type of contraption (2k USD) that would put a charge in the water, which made him feel great while drinking it and several hours after.
UPDATE: I think this is the product Jon Levi mentioned. If you go to the site, there are no prices... you have to contact them for a quote. Yikes! Likely still worth it, considering how important water is for our survival and health.

Re: Importance of Good Clean Water
One issue... it requires power to operate (not sure if it can filter without power). A consideration if there's a power outage for long periods. I have a water barrel, which I have not used (it's hooked up, but I have not extracted water from it for personal use), along with the Alexapure system. I'm curious about this, but as an addition to what I have for emergency use.

Re: Importance of Good Clean Water
For what it's worth, my domestic water supply is rainwater harvesting.
We live very rural, but do not have a well. This is by choice.
We have a total storage capacity of 18,000 gallons..

The rainwater goes through 3 stages of filtration before it goes into the HDXPE tanks. Once it leaves the tanks it is filtered through a "whole house" filtration system which consists of a 10 micron sediment filter, then a 5 micron charcoal filter, and finally a 12GPM ultraviolet sterilization lamp before going out to all the water taps in our home.

It's the best water we've ever had

No fluoride, and God knows what other crap they put in municipal water supplies.

Re: Importance of Good Clean Water
We have a well at the farm so no fluoride for us either. The fluoride they add is sodium fluoride not elemental fluoride. Sodium Fluoride is a waste product from aluminum manufacturing, it's a listed poison. That's in most toothpastes as well, there are fluoride free toothpaste out there, I've been using it for years and have not developed a single cavity, checkups are great. My dentist thinks I still use crest I would break his heart if he knew the truth.....

Here's a tech adding sodium fluoride to a water supply notice the PPE requirements.

And if you ask them why they put that shit in municipal water supplies, they never have an answer..

That's because there is absolutely no reason to put poison in people's water supply.. unless you're trying to sterilize and/or kill them.

The Nazi's that ran the concentration camps in World War II could tell why you they put fluoride in the water supplies at Auschwitz-Birkenau, Dachua, Arbeitsdorf, Bergen-Belsen, Buchenwald, Flossenbürg, Gross-Rosen and Herzogenbusch. There were a total of 23 main concentration camps ran by the Nazi's.
