Yesterday there was a large internet and cable tv outage with Xfinity in the Houston and surrounding areas. Facebook and Instagram went down for me before noon over here (as much as I hate social media, a good part of my work is marketing on those damn sites) and it makes you wonder if they aren't preparing to pull the internet soon. They've been laying the groundwork to blame it on a "bad solar storm"...yeah, right.
