You read that right.There is a bill in CA AB-2223…That is by FAR THE MOST EVIL, DESPICABLE piece of legislation that I have seen in a long time! This bill would allow, through a very disturbing loop hole for “compassionate death” of a BABY up to 24 MONTHS AFTER BIRTH.
