Right after the energy/gas crisis in the 1970's my dad who was a licensed Nuclear operator attended a seminar of a guy who was looking for investors in a 100MPG carburetor for vehicles. According to my dad the science behind this guy's invention was impressive and I can't remember if the inventor had a patent on it or not. Of course after some time you never heard about the guy or his invention anymore.
