I wouldn't doubt it one bit. Every alphabet org is corrupt as hell and was created to control and push agendas and narratives and cover up and run all kinds of bad shit.
Oddly enough, the drug dealers, gang people, etc etc are portrayed as the bad guys of society when in reality the politicians and alphabet orgs are far worse in most cases or at least in cahoots with the bad guys all while coming off as lily white.
