At first glance I was pleased to see this ruling but....it looks like the Doctors and Hospital administrators and Hospital Systems are positioning themselves to throw the Nurses under the bus and lay the blame at their feet. While I agree that it is a nurse job to know whether of not the treatment protocols are killing people the blame goes all the way to the top even above the hospital system who received these DEATH protocols from the CDC and HHS.

Oh, you're not wrong one bit - this is more of the usual and warped as hell, especially considering they forced all of their employees to get the vaxx and now this. These doctors and administrators need to be brought to justice for this and in a just society they should be living in fear. Hopefully this stays in NC and doesn't spread to other states but I'm sure it will.

Hopefully the net gets cast wider to encompass the other accomplices as well. At this point most in the hospital systems know what they are doing is killing people. That makes them all guilty of crimes against Humanity.

Hospital administrators create policy. Everyone else falls in line. Therefore hospital admins should be the first to fall under scrutiny.
