No one uses rackmount stuff? :o

Geez get with the 80's, dudes!

When I get time I'll take pics of my modest 80's vintage gear.

Hold on Fella!

I've got an Eventide H8000a

The MOTHER of ALL racks!
I haven't turned it on in years.

Why? Because with the Kemper it does everything but hum on my balls!
PLUS, it tracks harmony notes better than the Eventide IF you can believe that.

If you want to maintain the capacitors, you should power-up your equipment one time per month. You don't need to play through it... just turn it on, then off.

Thank you for the needed reminder & I'll fire it up tomorrow and ;let it run for a while.

Funny story about this particular unit. Its serial number is 666 and it's the actual unit used by Eventide to completely develop the H8000 as we know it today. It was their test machine & I purchased it from one of their key engineers, Scott Gilfix.

Palmer ADIG-LB (load box)
Roland Integra-7
Yamaha TG-55
8 channel digital mixer

I would have all my stuff rackmount if I could... very convenient for a home player (likely a pain to lug when gigging).
