I see some EH6CA7's sitting on the table..... Are they for your BROWN EYE SCIENCE GUY 50 Watter?????

They sound pretty close to my Sylvania 6ca7's and they are true beam forming element tube just like the originals. I like them as long as you buy them from a place that burns them in well. That was a few years ago, I haven't heard any bitchin about the newer production ones so hopefully they ironed out some of the early issues.

Yeah, when I started building this project a while back, I was still active on TGP, so I had a build thread on this amp going there.

I asked the TGP Brain Trust, "What tubes I should use in this build ?" Dave Friedman was watching my thread, and posted the answer..

Was a bit ironic, because this is a Malaysian clone of one of his amps.
