rig-talk.com has had more than one breach.motsm wrote: ↑Sat Apr 12, 2025 5:59 pm I can confirm through a couple of anonymous sources who post there and other admins that I know out on the internet. how did TheRealDonnie get this info? Sounds like the administrator and moderators decided not to say anything on the forum because that would lead to mass migrations to other more secure gear forums.
Don't know if they've fixed the problem yet, but I doubt they have in this short amount of time. A server hack can take weeks or even months to clean up everything and restore databases. Sometimes never, and you have to start all over.![]()
But I can't say anything more than that, brother.

All quiet on the Western Front. Looks like mum's the word with this. Caveat Emptor and all.

Still no announcements. I do know of a couple members who have left; from the grapevine.

Hard to say the current state but there's been a downtick in forum activity. Maybe some of them got the news and quit. I know I wouldn't trust a hacked site.
