Thanks. I think it's maybe 95% there. Needs to be a little lower in the mix, and still need to tweak the reverb. I had somewhat older strings too.

Used York Audio Celestion Blackbacks iRs (one bright, one dark).

I'm sticking to the the 2x SM57s (original real mics were 2x SM56s) Blackbacks for the speakers.

They are the only speaker that I don't have to do a ton of EQing to get in the ballpark.

In fact, all I did here EQ-wise for RWTD was (IIRC):

Pultecs: Cut some 100Hz, cut some 500Hz

What also helped get closer to album tone was the tape saturation plugin (UAD Studer 800)... this does affect the overall EQ slightly.

There is a little UAD 1176 as well.

ATBL is a different story...
