.. looking at plans for a new carport. Guy was supposed to show up this morning (when it was about 75°) and look at my drawings and walk over the site.

Instead he comes after lunch and wants to stand outside the whole time to look at the drawings and walk the site.

So there we are standing outside like..

I have a hard time "contracting" work when people can't show up on time but that is me. Every person I hired that wasn't punctual always fucked up the job or never showed up or finished the job on time. YMMV

This crew has done work for me before out here on the ranch.. fence building, basic construction, etc..

But I guess because these guys work outside all day they're used to it.

But it's over a hundred fuckin' degrees in central Texas every afternoon these days
