I've been full synthetic in my vehicles for 20+ years and highly recommend for it. Even at a higher cost. I currently use Penzoil in my Ram because that's what the dealer uses and I just have them do it since it's only once a year. That way everything's on record. I only put around 3K a year on my truck so the extra cost at the dealer isn't bad.
