That is the Rockman Sustainor (100 version) set to "CLN 2" mode... with DAW fixin's of course.
I've got a bunch of the Rockman Rockmodules in my rack (Sustainor, Distortion Generator, Stereo Chorus, Stereo Echo, MIDI Octopus).
