-100K NFB to 4Ohm (was 56K to 8Ohm)
- 330uF on top of .68uF bypass on top of V2 (was .68uF only)
And there it is - plenty of gain for Halenesque level rock / hard rock - even with a PAF
(Now I know how Eduardo was able to get so much gain with just a PAF and a "stock" Plexi - 12301 was kinda stock, but with a few changes)
Funny thing is, I used to swear the by the SH-5 Custom (and it does work great with the way my amp was), but with PAF level output, it needed a little more push. Those mods above did the trick for the PAF level output.
Also, you know you're on the right path when you need little to no EQing in the DAW to get a great tone.
