How's the distortion?
Did you use a germanium or silicon choke?
True bypass, right?

Re: DIY RFI Filter
The unique problem I have is; I live on a hillside with a broadcast antenna sitting directly on top of the hill behind my house.
So, even though I have taken every possible step to scrub the RF from my home recording studio, when I run a hi-gain signal chain I get radio frequency interference coming through my amps.
This works by forming an pi filter (inductor-capacitor) network in the guitar signal path.

Re: DIY RFI Filter

You're going to think I'm joking, but I used a product called "SolarBoard" to skin the walls in our home offices/studios. It's under the drywall.
It's radiant barrier material, and it's in the ceilings and the walls..
The walls and rafters were then filled with spray foam insulation.
