This one? How many henries is it? 3 or 5?

That 3 henry is a Hammond which is as good as Heyboer in my book.

Re: Marshall 2203 REEEEEEEEEEE-work
I'd go for the plexi 3 henry Hammond since this is an Ed spec but the JCM800 would probably be fine. I guessing it's a 5 henry( THE Mojotoneone) THe HT number seems to point to being a Heyboer choke.

Re: Marshall 2203 REEEEEEEEEEE-work
If it's a 3 henry and looks like a Heyboer I'd jump on it and it's in stock. The Mojotone page doesn't show how many henries on the page I'm looking at. WTH???PLX wrote: ↑Sun Jun 12, 2022 4:12 amYep. Yeah that's Brian Wallace he always was hard to contact. I've been happy with everything Heyboer built. My 68 is all Heyboer Dagnall clones the Metro spec ones. Never had a problem. My 69 was Classictone Power transformer but he Output was the Metro Heyboer C1998 dagnall clone, it my favorite for Plexi's

Re: Marshall 2203 REEEEEEEEEEE-work
Looks like RT Mike is using the choke from Mojotone as his plexi kits are Mojotone kits.. Here's a clip with those Mojotone Dijon caps. At 4:14 you can see the Choke is the same Mojo choke. Some pretty good tones going on here IMHO...
