If you pay attention there's this weird interaction with the interviewer giving him the answers he wants to hear, then the guy (Kubrick ?) says exactly what the interviewer fed him.

example: time code 19:12 ~ 19:22
example: time code 19:46 ~ 19:56 (interviewer gets irate because "the character" lost the plot for a moment, so again he coaches him on the answer he wants to hear.) then he regurgitates that exact answer he was prompted to give.

I agree... yeah that part seemed a little off... It does look like he is drinking the hard stuff during this interview so TIFWIW......

I'm trying to find pictures of him on the set of Eyes Wide Shut so I can either confirm or deny this is Kubrick in the video interview. Did they do such a poor job of lighting on purpose? Dunno.....

I think we need to confirm or deny that it actually him then we'll deal with some of the content presented in the video.

Regardless, we know the moon landing and everything NASA is total and complete bullshit. It is the greatest money grift perpetrated upon the people. This is fact. How I see this video is as a rough draft for the proper confessional. This video seems to be like a practice run and a way to get thoughts buttoned up and concise, etc.
