When I was young and I watched the "On The Road To" movies by Bob Hope and Big Crosby I thought they were lame junk.
As an adult they're masterpieces and funny as fuck. The amount of 'in jokes' is insane.
Let's not forget how he entertained all the US troops overseas in many wars and what a US patriot he was even though he was born in London.
