Anyone coming from China has ties to the military... to the CCP. There is no dicotomy (I'm not talking tourists or refugees), and that goes for visiting scientists and those who 'invest' in real estate, owning Hollyweird, etc. Of course, the DOJ under Beijing Joe would allow this:
