There IS a lot going on in that picture...a lot of mental illness, too. These people are truly warped yet the leftists want to praise them. I've read some really awful accounts of what these psychos go through post-surgery - the results usually look like some meth-fueled Dr. Frankenstein did, too. Best cure for them is a slug to the dome but that's just my thoughts...
