Good article to read if you are being pressured to take the jab.

Important note;

Good point Rocky, and one I get the feeling most employers who try to foist this on us are unaware of.

If you go to Robert F. Kennedy's website he has legal documents drawn up that you can download regarding the illegal aspect of forcing an experimental genetic treatment that has no short or long term testing showing safety of use in humans.

The clamps are being put on a lot of people via their work. Sadly, I know a couple people who have caved and got the jab so they could keep their job. Every fucker pushing this experimental jab should be hung.

Most people don't know people are dying from these shots, it is not being reported except for alternative media, OAN, RAV, Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham, I told a friend who took the shots after giving her plenty of information for informed consent, I asked do you know who many have died from taking the vaxxx, she did not know and when I told here the vaers number of 6,000 people she did not or did not want to believe me, they can't or won't see the truth.

Employers are not exempt from liability since they are mandating an experimental genetic treatment never before used in humans with no short, medium or long term studies. This violates the Nuremberg code 1947 in every way. If one chooses to participate that is one thing but they cannot legally mandate it, it is not FDA approved because they have no studies to support a statement like SAFE AND EFFECTIVE because so far evidence shows it is neither......................................

Anybody who might have to deal with this for real should speak to an attorney to figure out their options.

The answer (and ultimate solution) will probably depend on whether or not your state is a "Right To Work" state.

A serious problem can arise where if you put up resistance to the "jab" via an attorney, your employer (in a "Right To Work" state) will fire you for some bullshit, made-up reason instead ("he didn't perform his job well" or "he didn't get along with the team" etc).

Employers in "Right To Work" states can do this easily and with little to no consequences, unless you have plenty of $ for a lawsuit.

ADDENDUM:

"At Will" is also of concern, and maybe even moreso than "Right To Work".
At-will employment means that both employers and employees have the right to terminate employment at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
