American people need to levy a "Climate Change Tax" on certain politicians and Federal Govt departments before their world as they know it is gone.

Climate change is real, and a clear and present danger to the Federal Government and certain politicians.

We must tax them to save them, before it is too late.

We should also make a major motion picture of this concept so the word gets out to everyone.
