After the general events that transpired here (both recently and maybe a few months ago), I feel the need to address a serious fucking problem.
This problem is seen on internet forums, social media platforms and the like. Everywhere.
And that problem is:
Conspiracy theorists who allow their heads to get all fucked up with conspiracy theories.
When you post conspiracy shit without verifying it (e.g. just because it fits your general beliefs, concepts etc), not only do you look like a lazy dumbass, you make others look stupid as well. Anyone can do a simple check (as best as possible) to see if what you posted is accurate. And if the evidence/facts do not verify things conclusively, then you're the idiot.
There's a big difference between believing in a conspiracy that has actual evidence and/or a logical method to back it up, and believing in a conspiracy that fits your general concepts but has questionable evidence / logical methods.
When attempting to figure out what is BS and what isn't, we obviously cannot be 100% accurate all of the time,
But what we can do when a claim, conspiracy or accusation is made is:
1. Use the evidence to construct the determination
Not:
2. Use personal biases, belief systems, self-fear/worry, general concepts to construct the determination
(BTW, the above #1 is a tried and true method for solving crimes; esp. violent)
Far too often, the individual who gets themselves too deep in the conspiracy theory shit practices the #2 (above) method when determining whether or not something (conspiracy, etc) is true. But obviously, this is a fallacy and intellectually dishonest... not to mention lazy fucking thinking. Soon enough, their head is essentially full of lies and BS (your typical liberal is a perfect example).
Facts are facts, evidence is evidence. Everything else is just your own biases, prejudices and other useless crap that has zero bearing on the truth in a given instance.
Let's take this a step further:
When you have an individual or individuals who are in too deep with the conspiracy theory shit, reality has a tendency to slip away for them. Even to the point where they are incapable of trusting anybody or anything that doesn't jive 100% to the max with their own beliefs/opinions on things. They will question whether the person who mostly agrees (but not 100%) in general with them is actually playing games, pretending to be someone else, a bot, a "spy", an agent provocateur, whether they are "really on our side" and other ridiculous notions of the sort.
The irony is they actually create a new conspiracy out of this.

Don't be an ignoramus; don't be a lazy-ass. Be smart. Be wise. Be discerning. Don't believe every fucking thing you read or see on the internet (and parrot it) just because it fits your personal biases, belief systems, general concepts, etc - check it and see if it's actually true (as best as possible).
There's a lot of BS floating out there. There always has been and always will.
Speaking for myself politically, naturally I'm going to point the finger at liberals, MSM, Democrats, Big Tech, Gov't etc as being the biggest purveyors of bullshit... but let's not be fools - the other side also pushes bullshit. There is also plenty of religious BS floating out there too (how many fucking times do we have to hear "it's the End Times!"). And there are countless other timeless conspiracies out there; many of which have been (and still are) used solely for monetary profit (via suckers who buy into the BS).
