riggedtalk is shadow-owned by Thomann Music.

They run bots that go off on scheduled times, and are always announcing/celebrating every new piece of gear as it is released.

TGP and TGF run the exact same way.

Run by the same little group of homosexual dudes.. running all the sock puppets and bot accounts.

That's why the fags at TheGearForum act so weird about "who owns that site".

Whenever Drew brings it up, he acts like a 7-year-old child that just learned a secret.

Your Van Halen clip is puzzling..

You didn't even bother to learn to play the riff correctly.. so why bother recording it ? Let alone posting it to teh Internets for comments/critique.

The tone is garbage. That guitar tone is nowhere near early Van Halen tone. It sounds like a Metal Zone pedal going directly into a Pignose amp, placed under a bridge.

Anyone who is paying attention to what they are doing would have put much more effort into it before recording that, posting it, and asking for feedback.

Lastly, from listening to it I'd say you totally failed at job number 1 as a guitarist, and that is to ask yourself, "What do you think of your clip?"

As guitarists, we spend 99.9% of our time playing alone, in a room, playing for ourselves. Even big-time touring musicians only spend 45 minutes a couple of times a week playing in front of other people. The rest of the time they are listening to themselves and critiquing themselves, and adjusting their playing & tone to improve.

In the final analysis, it seems to me that by posting this clip you are attempting a weak troll of everyone on this site, and the entire Internet for that matter.

I wasnt going for EVH tone and I was just starting to learn the riff, not that I can play it better today.
It was more trying to record a clip thru Logic.
Also learning this Friedman IR-J and playing with gain is a whole new way of playing.

I honestly appreciate your feedback, I can take it.
Im not trolling anyone.

One day when the kids are grown and I retire Ill have more time.

If its really considered trolling, then Ill just stay off the forums like I said earlier.
I only get on them at work anyways.

sounds like you need to buy a pack of condoms and attend a GuitarGearForum "AssFest" over at Billy Lima's house.
