One of the first mandates will be "You must self-isolate for an extended period", followed by "No armed security" (so the virus doesn't spread).

And if they do go out in public, then "You must walk around in a full hazmat suit and cheap Chinese mask underneath, with your thumb up your ass" (so the virus doesn't spread).
