Yes as far as I know he is. The CCP tried to set him up and arrest him but unlike Jack Ma he got his money out of China and escaped. Other than that I don't know much about the guy except he was saying CV19 was a bioweapon in December 2019 and he reference all the papers that Rand Paul brings up now. Dr. Franci Boyle is another one that called it a bioweapon immediately with stacks of published lab studies to prove it, he was harangued as a conspiracy theorist of course... as was Miles Guo.
