Pot, so long as you can control the munchies. Seriously, though, if you get a gut from drinking, then you're drinking too much. Time to slow down or do it less often.

Hey, been there and done that, lol. Trying to keep any booze down to 2-3 times a week, which is plenty. It's easy to get into the habit of have a few drinks after work... daily.

Something to consider... there's a craft beer co in Montreal, QC, Canada... they are called Glutenberg. They make very tasty craft beer that is gluten free. You still have the alcohol and calories, but you don't get the bloat AT THE TIME of drinking it. You may want to see if there's a gluten free brand in your neck of the woods.
