Try to imagine the derision my wife and I endured 15 years ago when we bought arable land in a rural location and started learning to produce our own food and water..
I couldn't understand why everyone else didn't see this coming. We were called everything from "crazy" to "paranoid" to "preppers" and were mocked and laughed at.
