I am surprised at this decision quite honestly. Divine intervention????

Roberts voted with 6-3 majority on OSHA rule and voted with 5-4 majority on healthcare rule.



Kavanaugh voted with 5-4 majority on healthcare rule.



Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch and Barrett voted no on both rules.

So they will keep injecting healthcare workers under this decision, that is still criminal.......

Would've been better acreoss the board but since there have been previous vaccine mandates for health care workers I would say that's why it went that way. The problem with it is that is is NOT a vaccine and there is indisputable data to support that. It at best, is a treatment and should not fall under the vaccine catagory. I know that was part of the argument presented so I'm a little disappointed in the decision.
