In 1914, Ford invented the minimum wage, guaranteeing their workers $5 an hour.

By recently announcing a “vaccine mandate”, Ford shows that they don’t give a damn about their workers anymore.

Is it because they’re being replaced by machines?

The automaker told its roughly 32,000 salaried employees about the mandate in a staff-wide note on Tuesday, giving workers until Dec. 8 to be fully vaccinated.
