Definitely one of my favorites and he still sounds great as long as he stays in his lane.

That was effin' great. I've never heard it. I really think it really shows how much his playing is it's own animal.

Yeah, I actually prefer listening to certain players ISO tracks, rather than with the vocals.Findthetone1 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 20, 2021 12:43 pm That was effin' great. I've never heard it. I really think it really shows how much his playing is it's own animal.
EVH and DLR are a great example.
I love Ed's playing and tone, but frankly can do without Roth's bullshit vocal stylings.

For sure, and some these isolated tracks really solidify why these guys made the big time. It can be humbling for a guitar player.PLX wrote: ↑Fri Aug 20, 2021 12:47 pmYeah, I actually prefer listening to certain players ISO tracks, rather than with the vocals.Findthetone1 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 20, 2021 12:43 pm That was effin' great. These clips are certainly better than that EVH tribute clip floating around. I don't know what happened to him there? These above clips are cool.
