I'm trying to match up the moles on his face in the darker video...so far not alot of luck. I am inclined to think this is him in the video. It does not appear to be a deep fake. We'll see if this goes viral or not....

Here's the Vimeo version I found on PRESEARCH.org This was posted 5 years ago on vimeo and not one conspiracy person picked this up...that's kinda odd don't ya think?

AT 13:37 the interviewer states he talked to Neil Armstrong right before he died....Neil Armstrong died in 2012. This interview was supposed to take place in 1999. Kubrick died in 1999. The chronology doesn't seem to fit the conversation....

The Interviewer does seem to be leading the Kubrick guy, PLX good catch.... Kubrick states I'm almost 70 in the interview, Kubrick was 70 when he died unless this was done prior to his birthday in 1999.

Still... if this can be proven to actually be him i this video this is still something.... in 5 years this got 625 views on Vimeo.... That just doesn't make sense................ C'mon the greatest director of all time.......625 views..........

I've gone back and watched it several times.

Everyone here is capable of thinking for themselves (obviously). I think the parts where the interviewer's voice completely changes to monotone, and he is feeding the "character" the answers he wants to hear were supposed to be edited out in post production.

For whatever reason, we're seeing an unedited copy of this "interview". There's also some weird video smearing going on at times - it looks kind of like image stabilization.. but why would you need that in a video shot in a dark room several feet away from your subject ?

I dunno.

I agree that something seems off.... but do you think that is actually Stanley Kubrick in the video or an actor that kind of looks like him which would be a reason for such poor lighting.

I haven't been able to prove to myself that it is him yet. To me the guys beard seems a little too full under the bottom lip compared to pictures from the Eyes Wide Shit set that I was able to find.

I don't remember anything being said about a hoax video of Kubrick in 2015 either, but I have never followed much on Kubrick either so....YMMV.

The crazy beard, bad lighting, hell.. that could be Salman Rushdie, Stanley Kubrick, or the homeless guy that always asks me for money at Starbucks in downtown Kerrville.

If you go and listen to interviews with Kubrick (and I did) it doesn't sound like Kubrick.

I haven't done that yet but it'll be my next excursion.

Here is same interview but longer. I've suffered through the two hour extended interview and at 57:15 the interviewer tells the Kubrick character to lower his glasses and look over them because that's something I've noticed about him that he does do(Kubrick that is) So BUSTED this thing is a hoax.......IMHO... OH Well... It still was interesting....
