That forum (rig-talk.com) is just like most other forums we've all visited or been members of over the decades: fake.

I've written about this phenomenon many times before based on my own experiences plus decades of research into the owners of these forums.

For example, mylespaul.com, marshall.com and another forum (that I can't remember) domain names were all registered to a certain "Alex Chu".

Alex Chu has been seen on Seymour Duncan User Group Forum ( https://forum.seymourduncan.com/ ) under a different name (AlexR) defending all criticism of mylespaul.com (which is full of sociopathic shit flingers).

These forums only exist for one or both of these reasons:

1. shill / sell product
2. gather ad revenue

That's it; period.

Guitar playing, gear building, shop talk, etc are all tertiary reasons... at best.
