Good catch but depends. Typically with a typical forum ban you cannot login.

It could be they have it setup so that as a banned user, you can log in, but cannot post.

Weren't picasso and someone else banned there recently? Ask them if they can log in but not post, and there's your answer.

If picasso etc can't even log in there as a banned member, then your screenshots prove the stripped rights etc bans were bullshit.
