Go Pro Recommendations

Post by Dick Butter Nuts »

I'm looking for a go pro for in-car recordings. There's lots of vibration so I'll need a camera and mounting hardware that can take it. My budget is around $500.

I bought a dash cam off Amazon for $50.

It records 1080p in a 170° field of view the entire time the vehicle is running.

Audio too. :)

Here's the best use I've ever seen of a GoPro cam..

Whatever model, make certain you use a wide angle or fish eye lens, so that you can see the curvature of the earth

I ended up a with a Go Pro Hero 7 Black, or something like that. Not the latest and the greatest model, but I hear it records soy very well.
