:lol: That happens in downtown Houston every 3~5 years.

They built an underground tunnel system between the larger downtown skyscrapers, and they look exactly like that during storm season.

Man I lived in Houston as a kid for about a year. The night we flew in was in a tropical storm. Within the first week in our house the streets were flooded from another one. When it rains there it's no joke :shock:
