Excellent video PLX! Inducing cardiovascular disease in humans wouldn't be a dream for a eugenics program would it all the while selling what was once a waste product kinda like sodium fluoride?

I found it immensely interesting and poignant that prior to the mass use of these seed oils heart disease was a rare occurrence.

My oil of choice is Olive... I go through a bottle every two weeks... salads, etc. I do odd cooking with it, but always low heat. I think we also need to look at alcohol, cigarettes, sugar, processed foods, etc. These things all work together to bugger you up, although I'm guilty of those things in small quantities.

Whey used to be a waste product... skimmed off milk products. Then they tested the quality of the protein, and it exceeded eggs. Now, just about every protein powder/shake product is whey, lol. Little Miss Muffet...
