Guitar Center...

So I bought a download (Plug-In) from Guitar Center yesterday morning. I get an email confirmation a few hours later that they are processing my order and that I will get another email when it ships or is ready. 24+ hours later and I still have no download link for my Plug-In...lol. Good thing I am not in a hurry.

Every other download type purchase I have made from GC or elsewhere has been available almost immediately or a few minutes later.

Still no download and we are pushing 48 hours after paid purchase.

That's beyond unacceptable. It should have been instant. I haven't been in our GC in a long time and there's actually a couple of really experienced people there. I just don't think the company is long for this world.

Agreed...and still no download. I have sent messages and supposedly it is in "review" whatever that means. My card has been debited though. That happened immediately...lol. We are approximately 55 hours in now and still no download link.

So we are roughly 72 hours into this time suck and still no download. After reaching out to multiple people I got the comforting response that "systems is looking into it and is addressing the issue. We apologize for the delay, hopefully it will be resolved soon."

I clicked on this expecting to see you saying it had been resolved but nope...there's really no excuse on their part for this, hopefully they get this fixed asap.
